VIRTUAL [VILT] FSSC 22000 V5.0 and ISO 22000:2018 Internal Auditor Training Course

The focus of the Kelmac Group® VIRTUAL [VILT] FSSC 22000 V5.0 + ISO 22000:2018 Internal Auditor Training Course is on assisting and verifying the competencies & capabilities of the Learner to be able to effectively audit a process, activity or department/function of an FSMS based on FSSC 22000 V5.0 + ISO 22000:2018 requirements with specific emphasis of 1st Party auditing [Internal audits].

During the delivery, the Learner will complete a Consultant facilitated audit of a process within an FSMS, covering the full audit life cycle as defined by ISO 19011  & the Learner will have to demonstrate and be assessed on the effective application of audit tools and techniques, auditor skills and behaviors.

We provide Internal Auditors with both the confidence and ability to apply the audit assurance tools and techniques, methodology and desired behaviors to assess the organization’s FSMS processes and process controls to consistently deliver safe food across the food chain, meeting interested party and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Why Our Course is the Best?

Our Course vs. Our Competitors

The Kelmac Group® Internal FSMS Auditor course is an Advanced FSMS Internal Auditor Course, where we cover the IRCA FSMS Internal Auditor course criteria in more depth and we also cover additional audit topics, and here are just some examples explained of how our course goes further and offers you more:

Working with a Case Study: Almost Full Documented FSMS
Why is this important?
  • Each Learner will audit the almost full documented FSMS from the unique Kelmac Group® assurance perspective. The Kelmac Group® assurance perspective is unique as we audit like many professional financial audit practices where the focus is on providing top management with the quality of insight to make decisions and actions aimed at improving performance of the organization.
  • We boast the most comprehensive documented FSMS Case Study available including an ISO/FSSC 22000 Food Safety Policy Manual; 13 SIPOC processes [Value chain, Support and Management]; 19 procedures; Dairy – Milk Processing  HACCP System and related documented templates and records.
Assessment of Process Effectiveness
Why is this important?
  • To have a high performing FSMS that directly and indirectly impacts business performance requires a FSMS  that is integrated with the organizations business processes. Our course focuses on providing Learners with skills to provide real value and underpin Process Owner and other Stakeholder confidence – this leads to better improvements, more insightful audits, better quality information and therefore, better informed decisions.
Wider Coverage of Audit Methods
Why is this important?
  • What sets the Kelmac Group® course apart from both the IRCA course specification and competitor courses is we develop the Learner’s competency using a wide variety of audit methods, namely interview, document review and analysis of process and product data and information and operational records.
  • By comparison, competitor courses only focus on one audit method, interview and this does not expose the FSMS  Auditor to the real-life audit situation – the Kelmac Group course does.
